Complex litigation, evolving causes of action, Internet/privacy, defamation, employment issues and a myriad of other exposures make the determination of coverage under various insurance coverage forms a challenging process. We have been assisting clients with the interpretation of insurance policies for over 25 years including D&O, E&O, CGL, EPL, Fiduciary, Property, Business Interruption and manuscript policies. We also assist clients in reviewing their insurance program, negotiating appropriate coverages, as well as drafting and revising coverage wordings and endorsements.
